Late Policy- If you are more than 10 MINUTES late to your appointment you will need to reschedule and a new deposit will be required. Confirm Policy- All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to confirm will result in your appointment being forfeited. A new deposit will be required to reschedule. For safety and sanitation purposes, no guests are allowed! *Please note that I have dogs at home that will be kept away from the lash area. Those with allergies or sensitivities should take this into consideration when booking an appointment. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify me within this time frame will result in a 60% cancellation fee, and any no-shows will forfeit their deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
